I ordered the Bolognese, but substituted penne for spaghetti. The pasta sauce is outstanding...one of my favorites! Add their great Mediterranean salad, and it's a memorable meal! Highly recommend!

Rubicon is one of our family favorites. We truly enjoy their unique pizza and usual pizza combinations. There is something for everyone. They do not skimp on the toppings which is a big deal for us. Their service is usually quick and efficient even when they are slammed for the ski season. It's one of our "go to" places!

Everything I've ever tried at Rubicon is delicious, but my "go to" is the Apple Pecan Salad with grilled chicken! The bartenders are also nice and are willing to make any drink you request.
